Sherry Harbin, PhD
Founder and CSO

Sherry Harbin is one of the founding members of Purdue University's Weldon School of Biomedical Engineering with a joint appointment in the Department of Basic Medical Sciences within the College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Harbin founded GeniPhys in 2014 with the goal of commercializing the collagen polymer and biofabrication technologies developed within her Purdue University laboratory. She has over 25 years experience working on the design and translation of natural biomaterials for tissue engineering and regenerative medicine applications.  As a passionate innovator and entrepreneur, she has over 100 issued US and international patents.   Harbin’s laboratory discoveries have led her to being recognized with Purdue’s Innovator Hall of Fame, Outstanding Commercialization Award for Purdue Faculty, election as Fellow of the National Academy of Inventors, and election to the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE) College of Fellows. She earned an Honors BS in Chemistry from Indiana University and a MS in Electrical Engineering and PHD in Veterinary Physiology and Pharmacology from Purdue University.

Andrew Eibling
President and CEO

Andy Eibling has 35 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical, CRO and medtech industries focused on business and corporate development.  Prior roles include Vice President of Business Development and Alliance Management at Enable Injections, and Vice President of Enterprise Alliance Management at Covance.  He began his career at Eli Lilly and Company, spending nearly 25 years in multiple roles of increasing responsibility.  Mr. Eibling has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, and an MBA from Indiana University.

Matthew Neff

Chairman

Matt Neff has over 35 years experience as an entrepreneur and venture investor. He previously served as the President and CEO of AIT Laboratories, Inc., and prior to that, as President and CEO of CHV Capital, the venture capital subsidiary of Indiana University Health.  Mr. Neff serves on several boards of directors, including Inotiv, Inc. (NASDAQ: NOTV), and Hotel Tango Whiskey, Inc.  He is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of DePauw University, and of the McKinney School of Law, Indiana University, Indianapolis.  Mr. Neff has also founded and run several companies, including Circle Investors, Inc. and Senex Financial Corp.
Collymer is an investigational device and has not yet been cleared by the FDA.
