Mike Hoffa joined GeniPhys as COO in 2023. He has 30 years of product development and leadership experience in the Life Sciences industry. Prior roles include Chief Operating and Compliance Officer at Probo Medical and Vice-President of Product Development and Technical Services at Hologic/Suros Surgical. He began his career at Cook Medical, working through all levels of product development and engineering. Mike currently is listed as an inventor on 20 patents for various medical devices and has served on leadership teams for 3 separate company transactions valued at more than $750M. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and was awarded a Career Achievement Award from his Alma Mater in 2010.
